We ship throughout Australia, New Zealand and select international countries. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders within Australia. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from our Perth Based, Australia HQ. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.

Standard shipments are sent via Australia Post and estimated ground delivery time within Australia is 2-7 business days once shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: International shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on your location and may incur additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees upon arrival. The customer's total purchase price does not include additional taxes, duties, and additional fees associated with customs clearing. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays and additional fees applied to international shipments. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact support@hinewaibeauty.com with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. In order to do so, please contact support@hinewaibeauty.com once your order has been placed. If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at support@hinewaibeauty.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.

Absolutely obsessed with this product. I've only had the oil for afew months and can already notice thr changes its doing for my skin. Having both oily & dry skin, the oils works magically on both without irritating my sensitive skin. I also love to add afew drops of the oil to my plane-jane body wash for extra lush skin and a beautiful smell ✨️
Also the gua sha is so easy to use and helps so much with puffyness.

I’m so happy with this product. I’m usually pretty casual with my skin care but this great combo has helped me create a relaxing and nurturing evening routine. I love the feel of the oil on my skin. It’s really hydrating, easily absorbed and smells heavenly.. And what about the Terahertz Gua Sha! This nifty little piece of kit works in perfect harmony with the luxurious oil. I’m really loving these two products. Can’t wait to see what Hinewai does next!
I have the oil which I use for my skin and also hair. It’s a really good multi oil and well worth it. It’s a lot better and safer for your skin that buying all other products which only do one or the other. This oil does both and is not only gentle on the skin but keeps it hydrated. Along with the gua sha, which is such good quality. You will forever use this tool and helps refine your features as well as getting rid of your double chin or saggy jaw. I also love this oil is natural. Worth it!
I love the smell of this. I’ve smelt a few oils before and have sometimes been turned off, but this is a gentle pleasant scent. I use it on my face and body every night and enjoy that it’s not too oily or slippy. I like that the hydration is still in my skin in the morning. I’m still practicing with the Gua Sha and getting better…I think. Thank goodness for Hine’s tutorials, sometimes it feels like I’m icing a cake 😅.
