We ship throughout Australia, New Zealand and select international countries. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders within Australia. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from our Perth Based, Australia HQ. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping and are the responsibility of the customer.

Standard shipments are sent via Australia Post and estimated ground delivery time within Australia is 2-7 business days once shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: International shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on your location and may incur additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees upon arrival. The customer's total purchase price does not include additional taxes, duties, and additional fees associated with customs clearing. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays and additional fees applied to international shipments. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact support@hinewaibeauty.com with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at support@hinewaibeauty.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.

I’ve been using this oil on my face and my hair for a while now. I have sensitive skin and this oil is amazing and doesn’t irritate it at all. It doesn’t clog my pores. I also use on my hair as a hair mask and walk around with it while I clean my house, when I wash it out. My hair is so smooth and no split ends. I have received many compliments since using it and how fast my hair has grown. I love natural beauty and this one is at the top of my list. I will use this forever. Highly recommend!

I've found this oil Excellent for skin repair...as in knocks bumbs and scrapes... especially to my scalp...I massage it in whenever I think of it... Before I know it I can't remember where the injury was...I feel around... NOTHING... Yahoo

When I first opened it I was shocked, the bottle and product itself is absolutely stunning! I have always used rosehip oil on my face at night and this is now my favourite go to. I am loving how my skin feels so hydrated in the morning. ♥️
For me I have found this oil the best, it is not too greasy, I put it on after I have washed my hair and when it dry , it does not get on my clothes or pillow case which I love. Also my girl gets dermatitis every so often found using this oil helps it plus we both love the smell. The best for us.
