FACE & NECK: Apply AFTER cleansing and applying any serums and BEFORE sunscreen (allow a few minutes for the skin to soak up some of the oil before applying sunscreen). Perfect for Gua Sha and any other facial tools that allow an oil based lubricant during use.

PROBLEM SKIN AREAS: Apply to any problem areas to help reduce any dryness, redness and irritations including eczema, ingrown hairs, cracked heels, nail cuticles.

HAIR & SCALP: Best done the night before washing your hair. Using the dropper for application, part hair into sections and drop oil onto, scalp. Massage scalp and roots of hair with fingers or use our hair massage tool to help penetrate the oil into the scalp and hair follicles. Run any excess on your hands through the ends of your hair. Leave in overnight for optimal results or leave in for at least 4 hours before washing. You may need to wash your hair/scalp more than once to remove any oiliness from the scalp. Not recommended to do more than twice a week.

GENERAL SHIPPING INFO: We ship throughout Australia, New Zealand and select international countries. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $150 AUD. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from our Perth Based, Australia HQ and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES: Please allow up to 5 business days for order processing. Our products are made in small batches to ensure optimal quality and we appreciate your patience! Standard shipments are sent via Australia Post and estimated ground delivery time within Australia is 2-7 business days once shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: International shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on your location and may incur additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees upon arrival. The customer's total purchase price does not include additional taxes, duties, and additional fees associated with customs clearing. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays and additional fees applied to international shipments. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact support@hinewaibeauty.com with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued. 

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. In order to do so, please contact support@hinewaibeauty.com once your order has been placed. If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at support@hinewaibeauty.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.
