GENERAL SHIPPING INFO: We ship throughout Australia, New Zealand and select international countries. Free standard shipping is automatically applied to all orders over $150 AUD. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. All orders are shipped from our Perth Based, Australia HQ and shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that any additional duties and taxes incurred at customs are not included in our shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.

Standard shipments are sent via Australia Post and estimated ground delivery time within Australia is 2-7 business days once shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: International shipments may take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on your location and may incur additional taxes, duties, and brokerage fees upon arrival. The customer's total purchase price does not include additional taxes, duties, and additional fees associated with customs clearing. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delays and additional fees applied to international shipments. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS: If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please contact support@hinewaibeauty.com with your order number within 24 hours. We will do our best to accommodate your request. We can not make any changes or cancellations to your order once a shipping confirmation has been issued.
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a safe and secure delivery address is provided and that all shipping information is entered accurately. We are unable to refund or replace orders due to incorrect shipping addresses, left, lost, or stolen packages. We will not be held liable for lost packages once proof of delivery has been received, however, please contact us right away and we will do whatever we can to help you locate your package. If you are shipping to a building without a concierge or safe place to leave a parcel, we strongly recommend adding a signature request to your shipment. In order to do so, please contact support@hinewaibeauty.com once your order has been placed. If your order arrives in damaged condition, please contact us at support@hinewaibeauty.com with your order number and photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving for further assistance.

I love this oil! I apply this in the morning before hair wash day. The scalp massager feels like heaven & doesn’t tangle my hair. It smells beautiful & is great for a slicked back hair day. I wash it out the same night & the next morning it is so silky, not oily at all. I also like to use a few drops on my hands & cuticles to have nourished, beautiful smelling skin.
I have tried so many scalp oils and hair tools and this is by far the BEST! I use the oil every night before hair wash day and I use the hair tool every night for 5 mins to massage my scalp. My hair is so much more healthy! Love these products!
